Shipping Policy

 

Domestic (US) Shipping & Delivery:
Sandal Harness™ ship most orders within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.  An email will be sent to you advising your order is in process.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs - USPS insurance is not included.  Items are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS. If you need to receive your package by a specific date or require tracking, please select 'Priority' delivery during checkout and/or contact customerservice@sandalharness.com or call 901-399-0765.

Please be sure that the shipping address on your order is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Unfortunately, customers will be held responsible for any returned shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost, so please verify this information before completing your purchase.


We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed or it will not be lost by the carrier. Unfortunately, it happens every once in a while which we cannot control.  Sandal Harness™ is not liable for packages delayed or lost by the carrier; however we'll do our best to assist if the situation occurs.  

International Shipping & Delivery:
We're happy to ship internationally via USPS.  Be aware of any customs restrictions to your country. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred on the package’s journey will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All packages will be shipped with a customs form declaring the full value of the merchandise.

We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your country's customs office. Unfortunately, it happens every once in a while which we cannot control, however we'll do our best to assist if the situation occurs.
